Procedure

In App4Legal you can have a 360 degree view of your team's performance through the Reporting Module and built in Dashboards Module. The Reports Module has many useful predefined Reports. Reports are segregated as per the module they belong to.

App4Legal's Reporting Module can be accessed from the arrow next to the Docs module.

Reports sections are grouped by Companies, Contacts, Time Tracking, Tasks, Matters and Hearings.

Reports are a great way to group data and transform them into purposeful information. For Example, one very important report for Managers is the Hearing Roll Session Per Court / Circuit. This report allows legal managers to view the hearing session per court and per circuit on a timely manner.

Moreover, You will be able to customize your own report and select the desired content as desired  from the matters section → Report Builder.

Managing Matters and Tasks has never been easier. In App4Legal managers can use Kanban Boards to have a 360-degree view on Matters and Task statuses. This Board can perfectly give an idea about the overall activity of the team, the work progress and the situation of the Matters being handled. Color Coding of Matter Priorities is reflected on the Board in order to better assist the user in building schedules and action plans for instance. Critical Matters are in red, Medium Priority Matters are in blue and so on.



You can access the dashboards from the main menu → Dashboards where you have the management Dashboard, the time tracking, the litigation, the contract and my Dashboard.

Management Dashboard: The Dashboard displays some useful statistics to provide you an idea about the activity and performance of the team. Graphics are for instance Matters Per Filing Date, Matters Per Assignee, Matters per Due Dates, My Recent Tasks (that are assigned to the logged in user)

Time Tracking Dashboard: The time Tracking Dashboard displays some useful statistics.

Graphics are for Logged Hours, Average (Average time logged per day), Percentage (percentage of billable and non-billable time logs.

Litigation Management Dashboard: The Dashboard displays some useful statistics to provide you an idea about the cases.
