Objectives

  • Manage Contracts Details 

Steps

Once you add your first Contract it will be accessible from the contract grid in the Contract module.

Click on the Contract name or Contract ID to open its page and edit or capture more information. You can capture information regarding Contracts details, dates, notifications, and people.


In the panel on the left, there are sub-tabs to capture items related to this Contract. 

Across the top of the page you’ll find the Contract ID  and Name, the ability to change from active to inactive, the ability to change the status of the Contract, edit, renew the contract, create amendments, and export to word.

In the middle of the screen, you have multiple sections to capture information related to the Contract.

    • Contract Details: Main Contract details are entered on the add screen.
    • Description
    • Notes: Collaborators and the Legal Team can collaborate through the Notes. On each new comment, involved people will receive an email notification

    • Along the right side of the page, you have a section for the Dates where you can find all the contract dates and renewal types. You have a section also for the People related to this contract, for Privacy options and Notifications.
