Important highlights from this release

  • App4Legal users can now include checklists when creating tasks with a progress bar to show the percentage of checklist completion.  
  • App4Legal users will now be able to log, send, and track emails from the system (Gmail and Office 365 will be supported).
    • For example, a user can send an invoice to his client and attach it as a pdf directly from within the system. The user will also track the replies in the same environment to keep track of all the communication.
  • App4legal Contra Users are now able to manage their contracts' payment milestones. This feature will make it easy to manage
  • Enhanced advanced search capabilities on the level of SLA and report generation.
  • Advanced notification schemes are applied when actions are performed from the Client Portal.

App4Legal users will have the ability to connect their personal email accounts to log, send, and receive emails within the system.

  • The interface will support Gmail and Office 365
  • When an invoice is created the user will be able to send the invoice to the client to start the process of collection.
  • The contact email address (client email) will be fetched automatically to the email form with the invoice as an attached pdf file with a cover template of the email.
  • At the level of each invoice, we will be able to keep track and the replies. (the communication will be logged in the system)
