How to create a Questionnaire from a Contract Template?

Procedure

In App4Legal, you can create a Questionnaire from a Contract Template. 

You can do this by heading to Settings under the user avatar on the top right.

 Scroll to the Contracts box, head to the "Contract Template"  in order to create a questionnaire. 

You can add, edit , hide in Client Portal or delete Contract templates. 

There are some required field when adding new contract templates: 

• Template Name: Enter the template name
• Type: A customizable drop-down list to choose the type of the contract template 
• Upload: Upload the contract template with the variables to be filled by the user once generated new contract. 

Template can have multiple pages, groups and variables. 

Enter the page title, the group title, the variable name, the question, the type, the mapped-to field and if it is required or not. 

Once you are done, click on save.
