How to use App4Legal for Outlook?

Procedure

App4Legal for Outlook is an add-on that connects Outlook with App4Legal allowing the user to track and sync emails to App4Legal, add information to the system as well as access certain modules directly from it.

How to access it?

After you have downloaded the add-on, you will have to click on “Login” in order to connect Outlook to their App4Legal account. You will be asked to enter the credentials of your App4Legal account for the integration to happen.

You will be able to add information to the system such as a company, corporate matter, task and more through the “Add New” tab.

If you click on "Company" ,you need to add the necessary data of a company in this case.

You will be also able to log in certain email threads between another user, client etc. as a matter note, a litigation case, matter and intellectual property through the “Log E-mail as” tab.

You will be able to include the whole email or select parts of it and attach the documents in the email straight away to a specific matter.

 The activity features allow the you to have a quick view on where the email has been linked or used in the core system of App4legal.
