Objectives

  • Insert board members information in the database

Steps

From the Board Members tab, you can keep track of the Board of Directors of the Company.

 A new board member can be added through the Actions button.



The required fields to be filled are: member’s name, role, and designation date.

  • Member name: The member name can be a contact or a company.
  • Designation date: This is the designation date of the board member.
  • Role: Choose the role of the board member which is a customizable list.
  • Permanent Representation: Choose if yes, no or not set.
  • Until: date 
  • Comments: Write a comment.
