Steps
In App4Legal, there is charts of accounts The chart of accounts in App4Legal is where you can centralize all the Accounts your accounts in the system. Accounts are put in the form of a grid along with the balance available.
You can access the charts of accounts access it directly from the main menu, from the money module by simply clicking on the advanced→ Billing→ Advanced→ Chart of Accounts. You can access it also from the reports.
or from the Money Module Menu:
Via the Tools button on the top right. you can Add an Account, access the list of clients accounts, access the list of Suppliers Accounts or access the list of Partners accounts.
When adding new account, you have some mandatory fields such as the account name, the account type and the currency.
The account can be of type asset, expense, Liability, equity or income.
and List the Clients, Suppliers, or Partners' accounts. Anchor add account add account
To Add Accounts, you must fill out the following:
- Account Name
- Account Type
- Account Number
- Currency
Account Types could be Asset, Expense, Liability, and so on.

You can directly set some Account settings such as to make it visible for all users, to the advisor portal, and on the dashboards. |
This Chart of Accounts grid displays all your Account details, along with their balance. Anchor manage accounts manage accounts
You can from here view, edit, or delete accounts directly from the action wheel next to each account's name.

Chart of Accounts can also be viewed from the Money Reports page, and you can export the list to Excel for the reporting purposes
