  • Grid columns are now reordered and reduced in number to contain the most basic data of the contact.
  • The header has been revamped to contain a quick navigation of the category of the contact.
  • The scroll bars are now enhanced to appear on the extremities of the screen to facilitate the navigation.
  • The action words of the filters are now enhanced to become clearer for the user.
  • The action wheel is revamped to become tools and added to it is the import action
* Move the Category filter from the Advanced search to become a fixed quick filter in the contacts grid. Reduce the size of the quick search text field so as to fit the Category filter.
* For migration, if any user already defaulted the category in the fixed filter, the category filter should be reset in the filter. The user can then choose the category from the grid directly within the filter search results. Hence, the category is separate now and functions on top of the filter.
* The category quick search should override searches just as the quick search functions. However, the search should be automatic. Once a value is chosen in the filter, the grid should automatically start the search. Leave the drop-down list open during the search in case the user wants to search for many values at the same (JIRA's behavior)

* If the client is not set at the case level, the client should be injected into the Case. Same warning should appear if the 2 clients are not the same. Feedback message to be:

** The Client selected on the Time log is not the same Client selected on the Case.

* Previously the system used to allow adding a time log even if the case doesn't have a client, but this behavior should change. it should prompt adding the client first when adding a time log from the case form and grid.

* Add the client field to the grid before the effort column. Add it to the export to excel. Add it also to the advanced search.

* If the time is being billed on a Task, then hide the client field.

* Add to the Time Tracking KPI report the client filter before the Entity. In the detailed report, add it before Time Tracking. Add it also to the export to excel.

* Migrate the old time logs to have the client as well. same thing for the KPI report.
