From the main menu of the application, and upon clicking on Billing, go to advanced and click on Money Transfer.

There are 5 4 mandatory fields that need to be filled:

• From: Select the "from" account the account you want to transfer the money from.
• To: Select the "to" account account you want to transfer the money to. 
• Amount: Select the amount that you need to transfer 
• Date: Choose the date of transfer 
• Description: add a description and then press save
• needs to be transferred.

Also, you can add new accounts directly from the Add New Account hyperlinks.
