Steps

The Reminders tab has consolidates all the reminders linked to associated with the company.

Reminders can be added from inserted using the New Create button in the main menu or from the Action button.

You must fill out There are 5 mandatory fields: 

  • Reminder type: A Choose from a customizable list of values.
  • Remind on date and time.
  • Notify before: select before how many days (s) / week (s) / month (s) you want to be notified, with either reminder popup or Specify the number of days/weeks/months in advance for notification, with options for a reminder popup or both a reminder popup and email.
  • User to Remind: select Select the user to remind. You can add for the reminder, and you can include yourself by simply clicking on the "Add me" hyperlink.
  • Summary:  add Provide a summary for this the reminder.

Additionally, you have the option to duplicate (clone) the reminder for other users and associate it with You can also clone this reminder to other users, and relate it to a matter, company, person, or task.
