  • List Contacts

Contacts are accessible via the sliding menu on the left of the screen:
Click on Contact from the sliding menu in order to view the List. The List shows the Contact names and the Company/Companies that every Contact is related to. Contacts are listed in alphabetical order.
  • Add a Contact

The User can add a Contact using 2 ways:
  1. The plus sign next to Contact section in the sliding menu:

2. From the green quick add plus sign at the bottom of the screen:

The Contact Add form will automatically open as shown below. 

Users are free to choose all the important fields that need to be tracked by choosing Additional fields


Select on the desired fields and choose Done. 

The fields will directly appear in the Add form.


  • Import Contact from Phone

App4Legal will offer the user to import an already existing Contact from the phone directory. All what the user needs to do is choose the hyperlink Import from Phone, the system will prompt the Contacts list from the phone directory.

Once the user chooses the contact in question, the system will fetch the most important data and inserts them into the Contact Add form. Data that is fetched could be Phone, Mobile, E-mail, Address and more.

  • View a Contact

Once the user clicks on the Contact, a view page appears that has all the data inserted by the user.

  • Edit a Contact

    If the user wants to edit the data of the user, using the top right edit icon, the edit form opens for the user to edit or add additional fields


  • Contact Quick Actions

From the list of Contacts, there is a quick actions list.


Once the user clicks on the actions list, relevant actions appear. 

If the contact has a phone, mobile or e-mail address, the system will prompt the related actions.

  • Search for a Contact

Using the top right Search sign, the system will allow you to insert a text to search for within the list.
